Directory only
Apartment Cleaning DC provides informational listings and optional request routing. We are not a cleaning company, employer, broker, insurer, or party to an agreement between a resident and provider.
No guarantee
Provider information can change. A source check, claimed profile, featured placement, or inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement or guarantee of identity, licensing, insurance, screening, price, availability, safety, or quality. Verify information and obtain written terms directly before hiring.
User responsibilities
Submit accurate information, do not impersonate another person or business, and do not use the site for unlawful, abusive, or automated activity. Do not submit payment card data, government identifiers, medical information, alarm codes, or building access credentials.
Provider claims and sponsorship
We may request evidence before approving a claim and may reject or correct unsupported content. Paid placements are labeled. Prices, placement availability, and program terms may change before activation; no recurring billing begins without separate approval and payment authorization.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, use of the directory and any provider is at your own risk. We are not responsible for provider acts, omissions, disputes, property damage, injury, loss, or external websites.

Commercial independence
Sponsorship is a fixed monthly advertising arrangement, not a purchase of rank, rating, endorsement, favorable editorial treatment, or guaranteed lead volume. The directory may pause or end a placement to protect accuracy, users, or editorial standards. Current checkout is test-only; live billing is disabled.
