Apartment Cleaning DC is an independent information directory, not a cleaning company, booking agent, insurer, or guarantor.

How profiles are built

We use a provider’s official website as the primary source for contact details, service descriptions, coverage, and published prices. Every profile shows its source and last-checked date. “Source checked” means that the public information was reviewed; it does not mean we inspected the company or endorse its work.

Claims we do not assume

We do not publish ratings, review counts, insurance, bonding, background checks, same-day availability, or prices unless the cited source supports that statement. Residents should confirm the current scope, final price, insurance documentation, screening practices, access plan, and cancellation terms directly.

Reviews

Any future resident reviews will be moderated and labeled as user submissions. We do not copy third-party ratings into our own rating system.

Sponsorship

Paid placements are labeled “Featured” or “Sponsored.” Payment cannot purchase better factual treatment, suppress corrections, or change the directory’s editorial standards.

Send corrections through our contact form. We prioritize safety, identity, and material contact corrections.
